Good starting pay but bad pay raises. Encourages you to find somewhere better to work outside of ADP.

Very few of us got raises this year/merit increases even though company profits are up. Only Higher-ups/managers/leadership got bonuses/raises/promotions. Corporate Takeover - Mass firing/layoffs the past few months since Oct. Forcing in office - They are forcing all employees to come into the office starting 01/01/2024 Very political, with way too much power/trust in middle managers. Passed off hiring a new Sr. Director as a "New Hire" When he has been working at the main ADP Company for 22 years. Bad career growth opportunities. I've never seen a dev here get promoted from being a mid-level developer. Terrible Benefits/Health Coverage. Management is a total mess. Some of the worst training in the industry. Extremely high stress/pressure/deadlines.
