Pros

Good benefits. Yearly raise evaluation based on job performance.

Cons

No advancement. Loan Processor handles all the following tasks: customer service, handling of organization inbound calls, acts as a Loan Officer in qualifying customers for certain loan products criteria, take phone payments over phone, handle change of bank draft accounts, technical assistance, closing loans, etc. This position holds a lot of responsibility and accountability for the title.

- Great culture - support from all levels of management

Cons

- pay is on the lower end however company is a non-profit. Upper management does their best to compensate as fair as possible based on overall production.
