Pros

Not one thing good about this company.

Cons

My experience here started off okay, but everything changed about five months in. I was promised a different position, but when I tried to pursue it, they refused to let me transition. ALL the directors and owner are cliquey (ran by married couples btw) and if you do or say something they do not like they will “ice” you out and make it so that you would quit (multiple people have experienced this). The workplace culture is toxic. Departments constantly blame each other when things go wrong, and the overall vibe is very much "look out for yourself." In meetings, directors openly talk badly about one another if one of them aren’t there, and they’ll even call you out for tasks that aren’t your responsibility. Employee turnover is through the roof, people quit every month, and very few stay for more than a year. There’s a reason for this: the way employees are treated is terrible. They constantly hire new people to replace those who leave, but they never address the root issues. Management says one thing and does another. For example, they claimed that if you finish all your tasks for the week, you can use any extra hours however you want since we’re salaried employees. But not long after, they sent out an email stating everyone must meet 40 hours a week. If you can’t finish your tasks during regular hours, they expect you to work overtime. Multiple meetings were held where they implied we should wake up earlier or work late to get everything done, despite overloading everyone with tasks in the first place. If you’re overworked and try to discuss it with management, don’t expect support. Their response is always the same, “Just get it done.” As for pay raises? Forget about it. Bonuses that they promote at the end of the year? Nonexistent. Instead of fairly compensating employees, they hold meetings to lecture you about finances, even saying things like, “If you have to eat peanut butter and jelly sandwiches every day, that’s what you have to do.” Keep in mind, this is a medical spa business that makes significant revenue from clients. They’ll claim you can learn so much here, but on my first day, no one taught me anything. They expect you to figure it all out on your own. The owner loves to emphasize, “We’re not corporate,” but that just means no real benefits either, no 401(k), only minimal medical benefits (the bare minimum), and just one sick day for the entire year. The biggest red flag? Their constant use of the word “family.” Don’t be fooled. They don’t care about you unless you’re directly benefiting them. As for all the glowing reviews online? They’re likely written by management to cover up the truth

Pros

- The internal team is amazing and I have built great relationships that I will cherish forever. Everyone is very supportive and willing to answer any questions/help in anyway you need. - Built relationships with some amazing clients and love seeing their businesses grow - No ceiling for learning new things. You’re able to learn new skills from different departments and my leadership supported any new interests I had.

Cons

Clients can be clients! Just like with any job. But the good ones are worth it and you have a great internal team supporting you through the tough times.

Pros

Relaxed in office vibe and various client type

Cons

The lies, so many lies. The same talk track for 10+ years from the owner (literally). No sales people? Not true. Custom websites? Not true. Project managers? Hardly. The stress of being assigned projects knowing they wouldn’t be properly managed or on time or have impressive client service was a horrible feeling. The owner is basically a giant salesman who will say whatever he needs to, icky place all around. Doesn’t feel good to work here. Notice the positive reviews on here all come from the same dates? That’s Lifted Logic .. probably offered a $20 gift card to submit positive reviews, just like on Google.
