Pros
Awesome leadership team - the founders are brilliant, get their hands dirty and both listen to and act on both internal and external issues. There is no such thing as a sure bet, but I've never had more confidence in a leadership team's ability to execute than with these guys. Lots of free meals (lunch every day, dinner twice a week) massages, fun company off-sites and other events like movie and game nights. There is one work from home day per week for far-commuters as well as paid Caltrain and Lyft/Chariot stipends to help people get to/from Caltrain. The office in Menlo Park is a few minutes on foot from the Menlo Park stop. Compensation is competitive.
Cons
The office is in Menlo Park, so the commute for those living really anywhere north of San Mateo is a bit far. The work from home day (every Thursday) definitely helps, and hopefully one day we'll have an office a little closer and hopefully accessible from BART so those not near Caltrain don't have to drive.
