      Hours of operation are great

      Cons

      Low pay and the benefits are adequate if you want to pay extra. Management lies about your pay scale. IE when you complete these courses you get X# of dollars. This is not the case, a dozen employees are mistaken about what was said.

      I had a lot of fun selling high-tech automotive repair equipment

      There was another distributor with 30 years of experience knowing all the car dealerships service managers it was tough to bust that relationship

      Some managers disrespect, bully & harass the employees who keep the company afloat.
