Unrealistic expectations and demands by the management - Project Manager Light Up 7 Employee Review

- Had to leave the company on my 2nd day due to my poor work performance... beware of this company as they might set unrealistic expectations or demands on you within a short period of time without allowing you to learn and grow especially during your probation period as promised during the interview process. The fact that I was told that I wasn't good enough on my 2nd day and resorted to firing me as the only option is the biggest joke of the century. I feel humiliated and disrespected after going through such a traumatic experience thanks to Light Up 7. Again, I stand by my words that the treatment that I received from LIGHT UP 7 was simply UNFAIR and UNJUST. To be honest, I don't even know how and when can I recover from this event. The HR was also helpless throughout the entire process... she said it herself that 'everything is a learning curve' but I guess that concept does not apply to anyone but the management. - This company would misunderstood you if you set your professional boundaries with them as a sign of disrespect. - This company would make a faulty generalisation and conclusion about you within a short period of time if you fail to perform up to their unrealistic expectations. Please distinguish between having unrealistic and high expectations moving forward.
