Pros
One of the things that keeps me at Lighthouse is the culture. Lighthouse has grown so much over the past 5 years from a small 200+ company to over 1000 now and despite all of the growing pains, the company has done a good job of keeping the small company culture feel. The C-Level executives do a great job of being as transparent as possible.
Cons
As with any company who experiences the level of growth that Lighthouse has gone through, there are some growing pains with unification of different aspects of the company.
