- Pay is incredibly low compared to market rates - The "inner circle" that worked closely with the founders since day 1 get special treatment and call the shots regardless of their current titles - Tend to take shortcuts for everything, including the product delivered to students - Management is unaware of the ins and outs of their own departments - If concerns are ever brought up with management or HR, you are given the cold shoulder for not being a "team player"
