Pros
Work from home and work flexibility thats if your are privileged to have a good manager. They are very good at pretending to appreciate work you have done
Cons
No growth in the company especially if you are person of colour or you are not C-suites favourite. Poor salary. HR is just for fancy. Learning funds is a joke No bonuses if there is even any its also a joke. Their insurance is not even the best, it doesn't explain clearly what it covers I think they did that so people don't use it as much. Becareful of their magically layoffs, you don't see it coming you can be on a holiday and be laid off.
