A CEO that genuinely cares about his teams personal life goals and works with each individual to help them align personal success with the success of Lightning Tools. There are endless opportunities to grow and travel the world too.

Pros

Amazing company to work for with a boss who actually manages his staff the right way and cares about his staff. The CEO personally calls to say well done when a big order has come in or something particularly good has happened the business, lovely work soundings in a converted barn, close small team who really care about each other. All around superb company to work for and I wont be leaving!
