Pros
The best network in NYMA, Hands down Lightpath has the capability to create the strongest network out there. Custom networks are rock solid. Comissions were good. Employee environments was nice.
Cons
A severe lack of leadership, and upper management taken advice from consultants, and charlatans. Brought a company with great bones to place of utter confusion. Middle and upper management are afraid to make any decisions. Leadership is not based on skills but on how well you relate to the president and is ego. The president feels he can do anything and everything, instead of embracing a best of breed mentality. And since the annoucement of the sale to Altice he has said nothing to the employees. NOTHNG!! Your company is being sold, and you decide to hid under a rock. t shows the lack of leadership that has brought lightpath to this point. Without the network and a few dozen key employees how help the clients regardless the company would have been sunk years ago.
