-snack delivered biweekly for break room of staff's choosing -newly updated employee discounts and benefits (i.e. company sponsored outings/events) -depending on position/department amazing money making opportunities for tips/commission paid employees
Cons
-poor pay structure that causes a direct correlation to the lack of initiative that has plagued the company -outdated policies and procedures, very unorganized and hard to keep track constant changes. -no accountability, they are in the process of introducing a new performance log process, however, instructions are vague and guidance and advice are limited when it comes to using it to help develop and manage employees -corporate doesn't receive or really acknowledge feedback on company policies and procedures from store front levels -biased and inconsistent when managing select employees
