Like Family - Store Manager Lightshade Employee Review

This is one of few places I've worked where it really feels like a family. I miss it every day!

Pay wasn't great, but to be expected in the cannabis industry.

Receiving samples from other vendors

Where do I even begin; This company does not care about their employees whatsoever. They literally fired more than half without a heads up or warning that any cuts would be happening. The owner of the company came in once while I worked there but never even acknowledged the employees working besides the store manager, let alone the new employees that had started. That should of been my first warning sign. We did receive samples from the other vendors but management was extremely stingy with them and almost made it seem like a big deal we asked for the samples that were brought for us. The owner has run this company into the ground and basically bankrupted the company. They sold more than half their locations and fired all of their staff without a warning or anything.
