The structure of responsibilities is very unclear — it’s impossible to understand who is accountable for what. I often find out about my own tasks after the fact.
There’s a complete disregard for work/life balance. Managers openly state that employees will receive tasks that require working late into the night (without any additional pay), and this is considered normal.
There is absolutely no proper mentorship for new employees.
All sense of autonomy in decision-making is lost due to constant pressure and restrictions from all sides.
The product is extremely complex and difficult to understand, and no one offers help in figuring it out. At the same time, leadership insists that you must figure everything out on your own, or you won’t pass the probation period.
Overall, the company environment feels unhealthy.
