      Pros

      Beautiful campus, free monthly breakfast, snacks, coffee and water. Cons: donor dollars are spent on travel that’s not about looking at overall savings. First class tickets etc. Money wasted on the aesthetics of facility.

      Cons

      Every other person is married to each other. HR not inviting with an open door policy, very standoffish. Some not so nice staff members.

      Fulfilling work with Christian colleagues. Good compensation and benefits. Remote friendly.

      I have no major frustrations or negative feedback. It's been a blessing working here.

      Pros

      Amazing benefits, from generous time off to 401k match. Everyone is committed to the mission and gives their best.

      Cons

      Leadership would outsource projects and have employees just answer questions as the consultants needed. End product would just cause additional burden on employees as the end product was not even close to what was really needed.
