I truly enjoy the work I do when I am given work. I’ve been able to learn so much in a short time. The people are pretty friendly. There’s free coffee, tea, and candy daily and often there are free lunches and snacks.

The people are friendly but cliquey. The money is NOT enough. The company hired a lot of inexperienced people and there isn’t much motivation from anyone to help achieve the company’s goals. The company is in a state of transition. Hopefully, it stays afloat because the science is solid. There is also no transparency from the top down.
