If you’re considering a job at Limited Edt, it’s important to go in with realistic expectations. The base salary is low, and there are no commissions, bonuses, or meaningful benefits offered. Annual leave starts at just seven days, which is significantly below industry standards and leaves employees with little flexibility or time to recharge. The work environment is unfortunately dominated by a toxic management culture. Micromanagement is prevalent, and CCTV is used less for security and more as a tool to monitor staff for any small misstep.
