Poor Management, Little communication - Machine Operator Linamar Employee Review

Mandatory 6 day weeks, Poor maintained machinery: Down for days/weeks/months. Little communication between shifts/supervisors/leads. Most days you walk into someone else's mess. Lots of pressure to produce parts, Often told to continue production even tho parts are known to be out of spec.
