Pros
They pay you on time. Consistent hours. Often overtime available. There are multiple plants, so maybe you'll get a good one
Cons
Unorganized management. Problems take forever to get solved because everyone plays the blame game instead of actually trying to solve anything. Workers get blamed when the outdated machines inevitably fail/repeatedly stop working. Forced overtime isn't uncommon. If you're decent at your job, you get to do the work of 2 or 3 people because they're unable to hire/keep enough workers to run things properly
