This is one of the top five stressful jobs that I wouldn't work for or recommend to anyone. Patients would have autopay or auto delivery, and there would always be an issue with patients not knowing about it. Some of the calls are unnecessary, but since the system is old and the way they handle things, pt will call months and months for the same issue.
