Some colleagues are nice and friendly

Very little training structure. Expectation for untrained staff to advise engineers and electricians over the phone. No workplace support or incentives Management care so little about staff they use their names interchangeably

usually left to get on with the job in hand. good workmates

parts for jobs often missing so you cant complete the job but you have to recover the lost time.
