1yThanks so much for taking time to give us feedback. I am happy to hear that your schedule is working for you. I am sorry to hear you don't feel there is room to grow at Lincoln. I would strongly encourage you to share with your supervisor your interest to grow in your role and to specifically discuss the professional development goals you set at the beginning of the year. We do want to make sure you are receiving the support you need. My door is also open if you have suggestions as to how Lincoln can be more attuned to employees' experiences.
