I give the campus a 3, because there is potential. But, I give my former Director a 5. My experience with students was also good and I am happy that I was able to coach them to job security. The campus leadership is disorganized, has poor communication and unrealistic demands. Staff like myself were lucky to have Ms. Pringle as a Director. She supported her team, students, employers, faculty & staff, and the community. We always asked her how she did it all so well. She was a powerhouse. I learned a lot because she pushed me outside my comfort zone and made time for laughter, ideas, and team growth. Employer partnerships tripled because of Ms. Pringle and we all admired her. When you have a great direct leader or manager, customers support the company and the company benefits. It’s time to change the unrealistic demands, stress level, and disorganization of the campus. Things will change for the better when you have Management that has current or newer views and are flexible.
