      Pros

      Good opportunities for move roles/secondments. Personal growth and training opportunities were good

      Cons

      I found that some employees were stuck in their ways; finding reasons for not doing something rather than doing it - this made my role rather challenging and also as a result I didn't particular enjoy my time when I first joined the organisation. As a result I didn't stay for too long - little under 2 years - time to move on!
