      If you are a conservative/republican, this is the place for you.

      Cons

      If you are any kind of minority, you will have a terrible time working for this company. Their “inclusive” actions are all a façade to who this company really promotes from within. Being a minority in this company is experiencing a slow and painful death of your career.

      Highly structured and organized. Management actually will to address safety concerns and financially back projects and initiatives.
