      Fast pace. Fairly collaborative work environment

      Cons

      Some of the leaders don't spend enough time leading their people or communicating. Don't focus enough on coordinating the work of the team. Noticed some instances of lack of inclusivity.

      Highly structured and organized. Management actually will to address safety concerns and financially back projects and initiatives.
