      Pros

      Linde Malaysia EPF payout is higher than standard requirement.

      Cons

      Very politics & toxic since new Indian leadership. Poor leadership and framing innocent employee to get them terminated. Management & leadership will prefer workers with less vocal. Any good constructive improvement will be denied or delayed.

      Pros

      Scheduling is great for day shift schedules.

      Cons

      Can't use just one hour of PTO. Have to use 4 hours at a time. Raises are far a few between and in order to move up, you have to be friends with that group of people.
