Toxic company culture. CEO changes company goals and direction daily. Under compensates employees, chastises them regularly, and places blame for any shortcomings while simultaneously giving no direction and micromanaging at the same time. Does not value skill or experience and is unable to retain employees. Becomes upset when low quality team under performs. Reacts with anger when not agreed with. Attempts to control processes that he does not understand with metrics and goals that do not make sense. Berates different ideas and/or approaches. New leadership is needed.
