They've decided to retain those employees who were from an outsourcing agency. **As a contractor, career opportunities are unlikely. **As a contractor, you have to pay for your benefits, like HMO. **Compensation-wise, management could have based pay on employees' skills and contributions rather than focusing on the country's economic situation where the employee is based.
