Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are sorry to hear that your experience with Link To VR did not reflect the kind of supportive and rewarding environment we work hard to create. As an early-stage company at the time, some aspects of our structure, policies, and benefits were still evolving. We were always committed to being transparent about what was available at each stage of growth, and we have continued to expand and strengthen our offerings over time, including a more comprehensive benefits package. We also hold ourselves and our team to a very high standard in serving our customers, and we recognize that not every work environment is the right fit for every individual. That said, respect, appreciation, and support for our team have always been deeply important to us. Link To VR would not exist without the extraordinary people who help make it possible. We are grateful for every person who has contributed to our company’s journey, and we sincerely appreciate the time you spent with our organization.

Pros

I’ve had a really positive experience at Link To VR. The team is supportive, the work is interesting, and I’ve learned a lot since being here. It’s been a great place to get hands-on experience and keep growing.

Cons

Things can move fast, so you have to be adaptable.

Pros

Gained valuable experience and Knowledge in the XR Field

Cons

Horrible work-life balance (50-60 weeks) Constantly judged for my performance even when trying to achieve above and beyond Constantly told that I had to figure out any issue that was presented to me with no guidance or training (which was promised during interviews) Constant meetings that which consisted mostly of the working day Was paid a lower hourly rate than was agreed upon during the interview stages Every decision that I made was met with questioning and second-guessing Was constantly judged based on my age and experience level which led to biased decision-making by the management My job scope evolved into everything outside of the position I was hired for Was told by the CEO to not trust my direct manager

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are sorry to hear that your experience with Link To VR did not reflect the kind of supportive, respectful, and growth-oriented environment we work hard to foster. As a company serving global customers in a fast-moving and evolving industry, our work often requires a high level of adaptability, collaboration, and responsiveness. In growing organizations, roles can also evolve over time as business and customer needs change. We recognize that this type of environment is not always the right fit for every individual, particularly when expectations are high and the environment is dynamic. That said, we take concerns related to communication, support, training, and respect very seriously. We also believe strongly in professional, respectful communication across all levels of leadership, including the importance of trust, clarity, and healthy working relationships. We believe every team member deserves to be treated professionally and fairly, and we remain committed to continually strengthening how we support our employees as we grow. We are grateful for the contributions of everyone who has been part of Link To VR and appreciate the time you spent with the organization. We wish you the very best moving forward.
