Pros

The management team has high expectations and is supportive of their team to help achieve our goals. There is a rapid pace expected of everyone, with big targets in mind. Our team has enough fun to more than balance out the stressful times.

Cons

We maintain a lean team, across the company, which leads to capacity constraints. This will be alleviated as we hit our targets and continue growing.

Pros

* The individuals that do a lot of the regular work are great. Some of the nicest you'll meet. * WFH is always nice. * On top of PTO you get "no questions asked" personal days (hours accrued).

Cons

* Management would rather "get things done quick" instead of "get things done right." Get ready to spend weeks to months trudging through multiple messes because of this mentality. * It's very hard to understand and learn a lot of the processes that currently exist. This means that while they won't expect you to do certain things, you won't learn much other than the bare minimum you do. * Compensation is pretty subpar. Especially now that some benefits have been cut. * Raises are very low. * Your level and the ability to get promoted are also nonexistant. Don't expect a promotion even after multiple periods of stellar reviews. * They moved to unlimited PTO a long time ago, but taking time off is looked negatively.
