Management / Ownership stays out of my way and lets me run my class the way I want, I'm well paid and my work is rewarding. The new manager has looked after me well so far. Very happy here.
Cons
That freedom was very overwhelming when I started, and nobody was there to hold my hand. While I get enough hours to make this my full career many of my co-workers only have enough hours for this to be supplemental income. That will likely be the case when you start but you can likely expand your role in 12-18 months I see it often.
