      Pros

      Linksoft are Good payers Presents a great learning experience with the best in the industry in Africa Exposure and networking opportunities

      Cons

      There was too much internal politics and the management encouraged this. The company is owned by a single person so decision making was quite slow and sometimes not objective Linksoft constantly undergoes financial issues so sometimes the future of the company is uncertain

      Pros

      Don’t join they can terminate contract anytime

      Cons

      Very bad management. As per their contract they can fire you any time if you don’t meet the expectations (they have monthly expectation). They don’t event provide laptops
