Pros
The people who make up Linkwell are the very best part of it. They are smart, dedicated, and collegial. I was lucky enough to spend many years here, where I developed from a junior to a senior staff member—and I always felt supported by leadership and peers alike.
At Linkwell, I was also able to witness how our content could make a real difference in people’s health and lives. It’s wonderful to have stellar KPIs (which we had) and win content awards (which we did), but it was most gratifying to see the positive responses from our various audiences.
Cons
Health care is a challenging field, and health care organizations can be slow to change. But partnering with organizations and leaders within who value consumer communications can lead to amazing results!
