Which means you can go several weeks without getting paid. Employees work directly with the CEO who is known to be a very difficult person to work with. For employees in Nigeria it's compulsory to work from the company's office and live in the company's apartment for 5 days of the week. You only have Saturday and Sunday to spend with your family. This work structure is draining.
