Great work environment for employees

Slightly difficult to get pay increases

- can go back on time, good if you have a family - less stress - exposure to different parts of the business

- very traditional, expect paperworks and signatories - not that willing to accept or improvise the current workflow - some departments are not very welcoming towards younger new joining staffs
