Pros

There are some nice people with who you can have a cool time and a lot of laughs inside and outside of work.

Cons

- They condition your salary based in a system called KPI/Premium Pay, they think it is a "bonus" but it is the most dirty way to make the employees work more for the money they deserve, in my 1 year of work there I never received my full salary even when I did exactly what they wanted and even when I did or more of what I should do exactly of their requirements to get the full salary even like that they said to me that I can not have the 100% of my salary because I have to be perfect and only god is the one who is perfect...No jokes that was exactly their explanation. - The holidays are not paid if you take more than 4 days of your holidays that you deserve they take some % of your salary, they have a table with the number of days you take equal of the % of money they take from you. Even if you get sick and you are not able to go to work they will take money from you. Example: If you take 7 days they will take from you 7000 crowns / 273 Euros and if you take your 20 days of holidays that you have the rights by law they will take the 100% of your salary based in the KPI/Premium pay system. - The most of the managers they don't have experience of their position, they started there as juniors or without a clue what they should do and they gave them such an important position when they can not provide an acceptable help to their teams and even with their position they have they receive a really low salary. - The most of the people there are Czech and if you are a non Czech speaker you will have a hard time to being part of Lipa, commonly they just hang out or speak with their people and even if they invite you to a party/reunion/dinner they will speak to you for a while in English and then the most of the time will be Czech Czech Czech, that will make you feel outside of the group. Even their company meetings (where all the employees should be ) are in Czech and you need to have some headphones to listen a person who gonna translate everything what the people or host will speak in the meeting. Useless. - The office is in the middle of nowhere, there isn't anything close to eat, you have to take the tram to go to find something but if you go outside or 100 m close to the office there isn't anything, just a canteen where the food is horrible and you can find there little pieces of plastic, crazy creations of meals, food without flavor, hairs, etc. There is one restaurant upstairs but you need a special card to receive the "special" price for lunch menu and takes a lot the service . - Their system to give you tasks or complete tasks are a waste of time, you have to fill a tool called redmine, then use google sheets to fill your working hours, then another document to describe what did you do and every month fill the KPI/Premium pay and if you take sick days or home office you have to fill another software tool. It takes more than 2 hours filling useless systems tools that they can use only 1 for everything and save plenty of time. - They don't trust in the employees pretty well, if you take homeoffice you have to prove what did you work or what did you do. If you take sick days, but the ones that just being in bed or relax you will feel better still like that you have to prove that. - Sometimes the CEO give to the employees "free days" to don't go to work and everyone is happy about it but they don't know that those days are not paid. So it is better go to work. - The office it is small and the people are noisy sometimes. - There isn't any benefits, even the coffee you have to pay for that.

Pros

Diverse team. Kind & supportive people. Good environment to work in. Always alot of interesting projects and challenges. Many useful perks. Very understanding and supportive management. Pay is very good compared to CZ standards. In my view - job satisfaction was quite high.

Cons

The field Lipa is in is fast changing. So, it is quite a challenge to stick to a set direction and strategy. This will have some affect on your work but with good communication and effective management things will be better.

Pros

- extremely dynamic environment: it's very much up to the employees how they set the direction and pace of their career - you can start at one position (department) and advance to a different one, when you find it's your passion and talent - innovative and radical ideas are used, when they are presented strongly and convincingly - credit where credit is due, achievements are well acknowledged - good benefits: language courses, multisport card, homeoffice

Cons

- processes often change - priorities often change = requires a lot of flexibility and being open to abandon work done so far and start again
