Great team, great people to work with and very intelligent peers.

Sometimes work coming down the pipeline would be bottlenecked.

Software development leadership and teamwork; the intelligence on this single team is incredible.

When I left, formal processes and procedures for how the different business areas work together had not been developed. But, the ongoing rate of growth of the company made them very much needed.
