Unfortunately their communication standard is less than optimal and they have no zero functionality when it comes to providing responsibilities to the correct person. Be expected to wear 10 hats all at once.

No pros. Friendly to your face but behind the curtain is backstabbing.

Pay is submarket, benefits are marginal, strategy is a joke, ran by boomers that do not believe in work life balance. No new hire training, running a company on google sheets, expected to perform the jobs of 3-5 people, Seems to be on the brink of not making payroll on a regular basis.
