Really neat company with some very passionate and creative thought leaders!

I cannot think of a single one.

I get to go to the gym during work hours, very little supervision and lots of autonomy. Entirely self-funded, so no investors or stockholders to answer to

I've been with the company for about 3 years now and I've been looking to leave for the past 2 years. The bad far outweighs the good: The salaries are extremely low, signiticantly below industry average The team is small and very clicky. Most have been working together for 14+ years. As a result of this tight-knit group, many are not fearful of ever being let go because this company hires friends instead of professionals. If you're not in the click, you're job isn't necessarily safe. They let my boss and our technical counterpart go last year and it's been a disaster ever since. We let all development go and most is outsourced offshore anyways, the product has lots of bugs and is confusing to explain to partners. The CEO thinks he's smarter than everyone else in the room and is incredibly awkward in executive management interactions with clients and partners. We've had to cut back on benefits like 401k match and others because of how poorly the business is doing The product set is no longer needed in most cases and was better fit for most companies needs 10 years ago. It's also incredibly difficult getting partners excited to sell or position it and no one seems interested to work with us unless opportunistically. No one seems to work hard at all - many people are here just to collect a paycheck, myself included. The market is really bad right now, so I'm happy just to have a job, especially after all the layoffs we've had over the past 2 years, but I'm eager to land a real job in the near future
