1) Nothing in place with respect to the culture, no professional work culture , no ettiquites to speak. 2) Management not effective at all. 3) No Collabration in HR at all. 4) Wrong promises during interview regarding flexibility of work and good work culture. 5) Arrogant , narcissist.
