For a younger person, this was a great job to get experience working in a professional environment. If you are interested in the educational field this is a wonderful way to launch your career.
Cons
The pay is very low since this is considered a service through AmeriCorps. However, they do provide resources to get extra help and all your coworkers are going through the same experience.
