Batteries are a lot of fun and the team is deeply passionate.

Lots of work and not a lot of resources.

Significant lack of alignment among the CEO, CFO, VP of Production, and HR leadership. Referred to as the 'circus'! The current reporting structure positions departments primarily as cost centers, which negatively impacts the employee experience. They have no concept of employee experience or real talent. The management team is just there to stroke each other's novice management/skill set.
