Pros
there's good energy in the office, pretty nice since you're expected to be in person four or five days a week
Cons
most of the reviews on glassdoor are only here because HR gave out gift cards to people that wrote one, so a lot are more positive than they would actually be. take whatever you see with a grain of salt liveflow squeezes everything they can get out of your like a sweatshop. the ceo and coo work pretty much all the time, and that's basically the whole culture of the company. even though this is a startup and you can expect long hours sometimes, everything gets treated like it's an emergency that'll make the business crash and burn if you don't do it the second you see it if you don't believe that, reach out to anyone who has liveflow on their linkedin. you'd be surprised how many employees that have this listed as their current job aren't there anymore because they didn't want to deal with the toxic culture or got let go with almost no notice if there was better leadership that could actually show they care about people (and not just think what they're doing is fine), this might be a good place to work even if this is the only job offer you have, keep interviewing
