Pros

Free lunch, flex hours, I was able to bring my dog (who even dreaded going there)

Cons

No upper management and any suggestion or idea was immediately shot down, then 3 months would go by and the CEO would pitch the same ideas and suggestions which of course were greeted with open arms. No HR department, or actually "HR" is run by the CEO's wife (who goes by a separate last name) 8 hour days are considered 'McDonalds Hours" and employees are expected to do 10 or more hours (with no break I might add) Performance reviews are based solely on a calculated percentage which is completely egregious and does not account for time spent trying to do other peoples jobs. In these reviews it is almost impossible for a salary increase.

Pros

Pool table, ping pong table and free lunch.

Cons

Where do I even begin? This company is being run straight into the ground. They expect their employees to work 8 straight hours without a break. If you take a break, you will get into trouble! Upper management does not care about what employees have to say or share. They would rather have slaves than have creative, knowledge sharing and motivated employees. If you work your regular 9-5 hours and not a minute more, you will be referred to as a "'mcdonalds worker". Upper management is extremely condescending. In addition to that there is no room for growth. LiveTechnology just lost their biggest client, eBay. Instead of realizing that the root of their issues have to do with the fact that their software sucks in conjunction with the fact that they do not like to take opinions or suggestions from their employees, they instead fired 30% of the company. (Most of which were the most talented individuals who were pushing for change through the company). HR is run by the CEO's wife. Do I need to say more about the issue with that? This is a dying company with terrible management. Stay far away. They offer some benefits that will seem attractive. BEWARE! It's a bait and switch. Their benefits are the epitome of a joke. Any decent reviews you see here on Glassdoor were written by upper management. Trust the reviews that don't give this place more than one star.
