Pros

SOME of the employees make your work day worth going to.

Cons

Management favoritism is at it's highest here. If you don't kiss them up, they turn on you. You'll constantly be told to bug the customers for a protection plan that doesn't even work and in the end they just get mad at you. Management will tell you a customer is ready when they're not even buying to get you to harass them to buy. Raises are nonexistent nomatter how high your numbers are. It's not commission but they will treat you like it is by making you compete with your team members. If you want to learn more you should look up or ask about the boss and what he's done to multiple girls at this location. Horrible company and despite all complaints to HR, nothing has been done. All management act like children and create high school drama when they just sit at the info booth not doing anything but talking. Won't even do an order and will call an employee to.

Pros

They have a true open door policy and are willing to humanize themselves to make sure it's understood.

Cons

No cons unless you just don't want to work. Every job has rules and a culture to maintain and protect Living Spaces is no different. But close mouths don't get fed either.

Pros

Growing company. Luckily, the team I worked with wanted me to succeed. The job itself is easy if you know how to talk to people. It's also non-commission. There is a bonus each month if goals are made. Lunch is free on the weekends.

Cons

Very competitive depending who you're working with. Team members can get territorial and act like it's commission based. They will talk about you behind your back. Some of management can be full of toxic positivity. Also, pay is negotiable. Team members who have been there for 10 plus years make less than those who have just started.
