Pros

some good helpful technical knowledgeable staff from previous management still remaining but in decreasing numbers decreasing as I speak

Cons

Present CEO (promoted to the post) is Full of hollow buzzwords, hollow tokenism, childish catch phrases like "today's decision affects tomorrow's performance" etc etc. This CEO is probably the only CEO in 21st century who has not been to a business school, and that's explains why the business is run like a political entity fiefdom with entrenched deep backstabbing internal politics where those in his good books (of the CEO guy) since last decade or so have now climbed up the ladder bypassing other worthies. Clients are at the receiving end due to mass exodus of worthy technical staff. While the present day CEO gets to occupy Chairman position in other entities to shine his own grandstanding on social media platforms and other news columns of maritime news dailies to compensate the lacking. Some of the top clients have suffered in the past and continue to suffer immense and severe financial losses due to the CEO's choices (favoritism) in key appointments. Employees frequently have to tolerate ungentlemanly behavior here (draw your own conclusions and multiply by infinity to get the meaning of 'ungentlemanly' here, with respect to the company's historical background and company's geographical location, nationality where it originated and head office registered) This company is perfect for robots who are programmed to agree and vehemently celebrate everything that comes out of the CEO. Stay away from this org unless there is no other option.
