Pros

- People-First Culture: We operate with a "hard on the problem, soft on the people" philosophy, which creates a highly supportive environment. - Data-Driven DNA: The company is deeply committed to data; there is a constant hunger to find innovative ways to extract value and drive decision-making. - Leadership Access: Being a smaller, agile organization allows for direct contact with the Leadership Team. You get the opportunity to collaborate with them and gain firsthand insights into their vision and experience. - Positive Momentum: The recent organizational changes have been impactful, and we are already seeing those efforts translate into very strong results.

Cons

- Opportunity for Optimization: As a company that has been in the market for 10+ years, we have accumulated massive amounts of data. Naturally, architecture and processes have evolved through many hands, which can sometimes create friction when challenging the status quo.

Pros

Since the leadership change, Lob has made significant changes for the better. Leadership is genuinely invested in both employee happiness and the stability of the platform, and that commitment shows in day to day work. Work life balance has been exceptional. On top of that, the culture is blameless, so people feel safe owning problems and learning from them rather than pointing fingers.

Cons

There are still a few outages as the company works through this period of growth. These are the kind of growing pains you'd expect from a platform scaling up, and they're being actively addressed rather than ignored.

Pros

Once I met my hiring manager during the interview process, I knew that I wanted to work here! The onboarding process was really fun, and my manager alongside my team have been a tremendous help as I am learning the ropes. Everyone across the org has been really helpful, and I feel that I can lean into anyone for help as questions come up. Honestly, this has been my favorite job so far.

Cons

Things move VERY fast, and there are constant changes. We also have to adapt to changes that happen with USPS. If you don't do well with building out new processes or workflows, then you might have a tougher time adapting here.
