It is a great atmosphere. You are given everything you need to succeed. The pay is excellent, even for people who are new to the team. I just left the company last week and would recommend Local Search Group to anyone looking in the area right now.
Cons
It may not be for you if you can't stay focused/motivated. If you can though (which is required of most jobs), you are rewarded nicely every payday.
I love the hours! I came from retail sales working anywhere from 40 to 60 hours per week. I am grateful that I now have time to spend with my family. The management is very willing to help when you need them to. I love almost every aspect of the job.
Cons
As with any sales position you will have those challenging days where nothing seems to go through. This requires a thick skin at times so you can just keep it moving when you have a negative call.
