If you are money motivated then this is definitely the way to go. We get great bonuses on a daily basis to add on top of the great average weekly income. Within my first week I made more then I would have made in two weeks with bonuses included at my last job. So my hard work pays off well and I really enjoy it!
Cons
This is a cut throat industry, you must be able to handle being on the phone for average of 8 hours a day. But trust me if you are working and putting in effort, time flies by. The truth is you write your own check so what you put in, is what you get.

As far as a sales floor is concerned, this is by far the best environment I have ever experienced! Everyone that works is just an all around awesome human. The owners and managers really go out of their way to make a safe, comfortable, fun, happy and energetic work place. They truly care about the success of each individual here, both professionally and personally.
The ability to write your own check is yours, IF, you are a committed, hard working person.
If you get hired here, it is only because they see something great in you.
Cons
You do have to write your own check. You do not need to be the best closer, but you are going to need to be open to learning and willing to really dedicate yourself.
